So I've had my purse for about 3 months and I was walking through a parking lot and my purse just dropped to the ground. I was crazied as to why. I looked down to pick it up and the strap broke, the thread that holds it on the eye loop.I sent an email when i got home and they swapped, replaced it within 3 days.I can't explain how much I love this purse and was extremely bummed out when it broke. I'm happy once again.A little smaller than I thought it would be. The many divided pockets makes up for lack of size.I love how soft it is, lots of pockets.
