01 ESPRESSO. An approachable, distinctive espresso blend. Cupping notes: lively with notes of rich dark chocolate, tangy tangerine, and clover honey. 02 FILTER. A complex, yet inviting blend. Cupping notes: full bodied with notes of black tea, rich dark chocolate, and sweet dried fig. 03 AFRICA. A rich coffee from Ethiopia, fruity and flavorful. Cupping notes: sweet apricot, citrus bergamot and floral jasmine tea.

We roast our coffees with a unique, innovative roasting method process called Cloud Roasting. This process is very sustainable, a 'clean” process, and results in less release of toxins and pollutants than conventional roasting.

Darker roast than I expected, I like the filtered (green) better.The package came torn, and the tarnished item was not eligible for returns or exchanges. Major disappointment.The coffee beans looked promising, great presentation, roasted by date on the package, had all the makings of great espresso beans. The problem; the flavor is much too light and fruity for, what I would say 95% of espresso drinkers. To qualify my review, I will add that I ground the beans using a mazzer super jolly and brewed them with my La Pavoni lever espresso machine.
