So I've had my purse for about 3 months and I was walking through a parking lot and my purse just dropped to the ground. I was crazied as to why. I looked down to pick it up and the strap broke, the thread that holds it on the eye loop.I sent an email when i got home and they swapped, replaced it within 3 days.I can't explain how much I love this purse and was extremely bummed out when it broke. I'm happy once again.A little smaller than I thought it would be. The many divided pockets makes up for lack of size.This little cross body bag is perfect for every day use. It’s so unbelievably soft, has a vibrant purple color and makes good use of all the available pockets. I love it. One of my friends was so impressed that she is having me order one for her also.Picked what appeared to be a medium to dark brown purse. Turns out it is the color of poop. I’ll keep it but very disappointed in colorA gift and she was very pleased with itThis purse is small but you can put allot in it, I love this little purse.This little bag is very soft and lightweight. It holds everything I need such as smartphone, small wallet, keys, etc. Bag will stand up on table with everything in it. There are tabs on the back of it that a person could place it on their belt to wear around the waist. I would like to see more colors available for this Crossbody bag. This this bag is black not purple like it says in the title.I bought this Bag for my Mom who always looks for more compartments in the bag.... she absolutely loved it.
