Very versatile and can be incorporated into all kinds of recipes to add natural protein and fiber. Simply soak for about 10 min. in warm water to rehydrate, and they're ready to add to your favorite dish. As they are unflavored, they can take on any flavor you wish them to. Contain all the fiber and protein of select whole soybeans. All natural, no preservatives or additives, and no chemicals used in processing. Soy Curls make a great addition to soups, casseroles, potatoes, rice, stir-fry, noodles, spaghetti sauce, chili, pizza topping, salads, curries, enchiladas, and much more! 8 oz bag (makes 1.5 lbs when rehydrated). Directions: Soak Soy Curls for 10 minutes in warm water. Drain. Season to taste in skillet. Serve.
These soy curls are great! Muh like tofu, they are versatile and virtually tasteless, but as opposed to tofu, these seem to soak up the flavors a lot easier than tofu, not to mention easier to handle. Coat them in oil, whatever seasonings or sauces/marinades you prefer (after rehydrating them of course) and walla- bake em, fry em, (put em in a stew), and you've got some tasty "chicken!" My favorite is coating them in oil, throwing them in a bowl and tossing it with general tso's sauce and air frying them for 10 or so minutes at 360F and it glazes over perfectly. We also use them frequently for "chicken" fajitas. Vegan or not, these are fantastic if you're looking for meat alternatives.
