My daughter loves the lunchbox. Sadly the picture is upside down! Haven't used it yet, but I think such a huge mistake is ridiculous.Updating to say I had zero issues returning the upsidown lunchbox and had a replacement sent really quickly. It arrived before the school year started, and my daughter loves it. She uses it every day for school, and so far it's held up wonderfully these past 4 months of school with a 2nd grader. I love how much room there is in it, plus it's got the side pocket for a drink as well as internal straps to keep silverware in place. We are thrilled with the purchase, as well as the quick turn around to get a replacement, (showed up before I had the chance to drop off the first one to be sent back) I've decided to up my star rating from a 3 to 5.
