We have a small chocolate business. I've looked at all kinds of plastic bag sealing devices. None really work well without a big investment and lots of labor. Then, I saw these and tried them. Fit perfectly for 1/2 lb-12 piece chocolate boxes with press-to-seal strip on the end. This adds another layer of protection from air. Some hassle to put the box in the bag, but it fits well and hey, I've got the time. You want to keep fresh made chocolates as fresh as you can, so when they arrive, they taste fresh. This helps a lot, along with small desiccant bags beneath each candy tray. Air and moisture are the enemy of chocolate. Inexpensive as well.
